On December 19th, Zhang Chong, Chairman of Luobo Co., Ltd., visited Longhai Glass and Longmen Glass for inspection and guidance.
On the morning of the 19th, Chairman Zhang Chong, accompanied by Cheng Yudong, the project manager of Longhai Glass of China National Building Materials International Engineering Company, Ma Yan, the general manager of Luobo Co., Ltd., Wang Guoqiang, the party secretary, and Wang Bingwen, the general manager of the comprehensive management department, went deep into various construction sites of Longhai Glass project for detailed inspection, examination, and guidance, and listened to the progress report of the project construction.
In the conference room on the first floor of Longhai Glass, Chairman Zhang Chong emphasized the need to make up for shortcomings, strictly adhere to time constraints, seize opportunities, and continuously promote the pace of engineering project construction. Before January 25th, the installation of mainline equipment, public works, and factory foundation civil engineering must be completed. By the end of March, the decoration of the office building, greening, and roads must be completed, and high-level ignition conditions must be met. Secondly, we need to strengthen the construction of the workforce, and the spiritual outlook and concepts of the workforce should undergo fundamental changes, so that the enterprise can be built according to modern concepts. Thirdly, we must solidly prepare for various tasks before production, ensure that measures are in place and implemented effectively, and achieve production and standard after one month of board installation; Personnel should be efficient and efficient, with a quota of 200 people for each position.
General Manager Ma Yan put forward four requirements for project construction: firstly, we must make every effort to implement them and ensure that the construction of engineering projects and production preparation work are carried out simultaneously. Secondly, we must continuously strengthen the management of engineering project construction, further improve the quality management of construction and installation, and strictly control the quality at all levels. Thirdly, we need to strengthen technical management, further improve technical solutions, and transform technological advantages and skill advantages into product advantages, cost advantages, and competitive advantages. Ensure construction safety and eliminate potential safety hazards in their early stages.
Finally, General Manager Wang Guoqiang, on behalf of Longhai Glass, stated that in accordance with the requirements of Chairman Zhang Chong and General Manager Ma Yan, we will strictly implement, demand, and manage, continue to work hard, strictly follow the timeline, ensure high-quality ignition and production, and make new contributions to the transformation and development of Luoyang Glass.
On the afternoon of the 19th, Chairman Zhang Chong gave up his lunch break and, accompanied by Ma Yan, General Manager of Luoyang Glass, and Wang Bingwen, General Manager of the Comprehensive Management Department, came to Longmen Glass to inspect the production site of Longmen Glass. He had a cordial conversation with the Longmen Glass team and fully affirmed the achievements made by Longmen Glass. Five requirements have been put forward for the future work of Longmen Glass: firstly, stable production, improved product quality, and the transmission of the price increase of raw materials to downstream customers, contributing to performance. Secondly, we need to plan well for next year's production and the market division of labor for Longhai Company. Thirdly, it is necessary to communicate well with suppliers and effectively reduce costs. We must ensure the safety of kilns and equipment. Five must plan well for the future development of Longmen Glass.
