In order to further study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, enrich the forms of educational activities, accept the baptism of advanced figures' deeds, and deepen the "dual illumination of party member identity and responsibility" activity, on the afternoon of July 23, the company's party committee organized 13 outstanding party members at the collective level who were awarded the "Monthly Star" title at the group level in the first half of 2018 to visit and learn from the Jiao Yulu Deeds Exhibition Hall and Yang Kuilie Memorial Hall at CITIC Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd.
The predecessor of CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in Luoyang is Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory. Comrade Jiao Yulu worked and lived here for nine years from 1953 to 1962. During these nine - year period, with his thoughts and actions, he created a glorious image of an outstanding Communist Party member. In March 2009, when inspecting CITIC Heavy Industries, Comrade Xi Jinping once said, "The spirit of Jiao Yulu was nurtured and formed in Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory and carried forward in Lankao."
All Party members listened attentively to the narrator's explanation, revisited the glorious deeds of Comrade Jiao Yulu during his tenure at Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory, and reviewed the great and glorious life of Comrade Jiao Yulu. Each picture, each object, and each story vividly demonstrated Comrade Jiao Yulu's feelings as a public servant, his pragmatic style, his spirit of struggle, and his moral sentiments, leaving everyone deeply shocked in their thoughts and spiritually baptized. Afterwards, everyone also visited the Memorial Hall of Yang Kuilie, a "good cadre in the style of Jiao Yulu".
After the visit and study, all Party members held high the Party flag, took a group photo in front of the bronze statue of Jiao Yulu, and revisited the Party admission oath. They all expressed that they must learn and carry forward the Jiao Yulu spirit of "being close to and loving the people, working hard, being scientific and realistic, facing difficulties head-on, and making selfless contributions", keep in mind the Party's purpose, never forget the original aspiration and mission, do their own work well, roll up their sleeves and work harder, add glory to the Party flag with practical actions, and make new contributions to Luoyang Glass.
