1. Project name：Contracted operation service project for the staff canteen of China Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd.
2.Procurement Content：
CNBM (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd. is responsible for providing the work site, water, electricity, gas, and equipment, purchasing food and daily supplies, and bearing the salaries and management costs of the chef team. The catering company appoints an excellent chef team to provide staff canteen management services, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to employees daily, as well as providing temporary reception dining services, ensuring continuous updates to the menu.
3、 Qualifications that catering companies should possess:：
a. Must have independent legal personality, hold the "Enterprise Legal Person Business License", and possess corresponding professional qualifications;；
b. The company has been established for more than 5 years and has a registered capital of over 5 million yuan;
c.Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
d. Have standardized enterprise certification, food safety management qualifications, and nutrition qualifications;；
e. Have successful experience in serving two or more canteens in large schools, enterprises, and institutions serving 300 people (provide relevant proof materials);
f.The business scope must include the relevant business scope of catering services, and the business scope shall be subject to the industrial and commercial registration;
g. Within the three years prior to participating in this event, there has been no significant record of illegal activities during operation;
h. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;
i. This project does not allow consortium bidding.
