1、 Project Name: Pressure Regulating Station Project in the Factory Area of China National Building Materials (Puyang) Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd
2、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
a. The bidder's intention to bid is clearly expressed, and the bidder's representative is authorized and valid.
b. Bidders must possess independent legal personality, hold a legal person business license issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, and operate in accordance with national laws.
c. Bidders must have a professional contracting qualification of Level 2 or above for pipeline engineering issued by the construction administrative department, or a professional contracting qualification of Level 2 or above for chemical and petroleum equipment pipeline installation engineering. They must also have a "Pressure Pipeline Installation License GB Class" or "Pressure Pipeline Installation License GC Class" and a valid safety production license.
d. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
