In order to meet the commuting needs of employees of China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd., we plan to conduct an open bidding for the rental of our company's commuter buses. We kindly request eligible bidders to actively participate.
1、 Project Content
Project Name: Commuter Bus Rental Project of China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd.
Commuter bus route: round-trip from the office building of China Luobo Group (No. 9 Tanggong Middle Road, Xigong District, Luoyang City) to China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd. (No. 6 Ru'an South Road, Ruyang County Industrial Agglomeration Zone), please refer to the bidding documents for details.
2、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
Bidders must possess independent legal personality and hold a valid Business License. Bidders operating vehicles must hold a Vehicle Operation Certificate issued by the local transportation management administrative department, and the vehicles must be in good condition, with complete safety facilities and insurance, and a company with operating records. The qualification review of bidders will be conducted by China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd., and the bidding documents will be issued if they meet the requirements.
3、 Acquisition of bidding documents
a.The distribution location of the bidding documents is No. 6 Ru'an South Road, Industrial Agglomeration Zone, Ruyang County, Luoyang City, at the project department of China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd.
b.The bidding documents will be obtained from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from May 9th to May 16th, 2024.
4、 Information related to bidding and bid opening
a.Bid deadline: 17:00 on May 24, 2024
b.Bid submission location: Project Department of China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd
c.Other related matters: Bid documents submitted after the bidding deadline or bid documents that are not sealed according to the bidding documents will not be accepted.
